1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz St. Germain
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Lemon Peel

Mix all ingredients into cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake, then strain into Martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Peel.



Saiten Mojito

2 oz iichiko Saiten
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Topped with Club Soda
Mint Sprigs

Muddle Mint Sprigs into cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except Club Soda into shaker with Ice. Shake, then strain into Collins glass with Ice. Top with Club Soda and garnish with Mint and Lime.

2 oz iichiko Saiten
0.5 oz Bianco Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Lemon Peel

Mix all ingredients into Martini glass. Stir, then express and garnish with Lemon Peel.

Tokyo Mule

2 oz iichiko Saiten
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Ginger or Simple Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer/Soda
Lime Wedge

Mix all ingredients into Mule cup with Ice. Stir, then top with Ginger Beer/Soda and garnish with Lime Wedge.



Koji Old Fashioned

2 oz iichiko Saiten
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Slice

Mix all ingredients into glass with Ice. Stir, then garnish with Orange Slice.



Geisha Caipirinha

2 oz iichiko Saiten
4 Lime Wedges
2-3 tbsp Sugar
Top with Club Soda

Muddle Limes & Sugar together in cocktail shaker. Add iichiko Saiten and shake. Pour into rocks glass with Ice and top with Club Soda. Garnish with Lime Wedges.



Shochu Tonic

2 oz iichiko Saiten
Topped with Tonic Water
Lemon or Orange Wedges

Pour iichiko Saiten over Ice in glass. Top with Tonic Water and garnish with Lemon or Orange Wedges.

1 oz Pear Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup

Pear Slices

That Thing You Dew

1.5 oz iichiko Silhouette
1 oz Honey Dew Melon Juice
0.75 oz Ginger Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
6 Basil Leaves

Mix all ingredients into cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake, then strain into glass with Ice. Garnish with Basil Sprig.



Oita Gimlet

2 oz iichiko Silhouette
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Green Peppers

Chop Green Peppers and muddle in cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients and Ice. Shake, then strain into glass. Garnish with small amount of cracked Pepper.



White Tea Cooler

2 oz iichiko Saiten
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz White Tea (Cold)
Flower Sprig or Herb Sprig

Mix all ingredients into cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake, then strain over Rocks glass with Ice and garnish with Flower or Herb Sprig.



Cucumber Spritz

2 oz iichiko Saiten
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Topped with Club Soda
Cucumber Slice

Build in glass, place Cucumber Slice before Ice. Add rest of ingredients and top with Club Soda. Give a quick stir.

0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur

1 oz Orange Juice

2 tbsp Grated Horseradish
2 Dashes Valentina Hot Sauce
6 Dashes Worcestershire
1 Pinch Celery Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper & Salt
Celery, Lemon, Bacon (optional)
